These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ErBiage. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use ErBiage.

1. Who we are

ErBiage is provided by [Company legal name], registered at [Company legal address] ("ErBiage", "we", "us").

2. Your account

You need an account to use ErBiage. You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be responsible for anything that happens under your account. Adults in a family workspace are responsible for how children in that workspace use the service.

3. Family workspaces

When you create a family, you become its owner. You can invite other members and assign them roles. Adults can edit content; kids can view, vote and suggest. As the owner you are responsible for who you invite. Every family member remains bound by these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

  • Don't upload content that is illegal, abusive, or infringes on others.
  • Don't try to break, probe, or overload the service.
  • Don't scrape, resell, or misrepresent the service.
  • Don't use ErBiage to send spam or unwanted messages.

5. Content you add

You keep ownership of the trips, ideas, notes and profiles you add. You grant us a limited licence to store and display that content so we can operate the service for you and your family.

6. Paid features

Some ErBiage features are paid. Prices are shown on our website. When you subscribe or unlock a trip you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge your payment method. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

7. Third-party services

ErBiage may show links, videos or embeds from third parties (for example YouTube or mapping providers). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

8. Availability

We work hard to keep ErBiage online but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features at any time.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that create legal risk for us. On termination, the licences you grant us end, subject to reasonable technical retention.

10. Disclaimer

ErBiage is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ErBiage will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], without regard to conflicts of law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of [Governing jurisdiction].

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If the changes are material we will let you know inside the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
